What creates a connection between two people? It can be anything from the looks between two, laughs, candid moments, or anything that makes someone feel warm and happy inside.
Capturing a connection is about Small details between the two we normally don’t see but that still express love. Hands, eyes, laughs, are just a few ways to see how people connect
In these images I wanted to highlight more neutral tones. I wanted to bring the focus on more earthy tones because I felt like it was very grounding and helped focus on the love between couples, familys, and mothers to be.
This images are a collection of images from the last 5 months!

Often I get asked why photography is so important to me. Growing up, I didn’t have photos of me connected with anyone I loved. It wasn’t until I was late into high school that I realized the importance of photographs. Photographs let us relive moments and bring back feelings of joy and love we have with someone. A fear grew in me later in life, and that was missing little moments. When this fear of mine grew, I didn’t want anyone else to miss a moment, if they had a chance to document it I wanted to provide that for them, and thats why I became a wedding photographer.
Life moves fast and we often forget to take time to sit and embrace a current feeling or moment. Because it has become to easy to forget, or to move fast I wanted to display those feelings. Not just by a smiling portrait but by the way two look at one another, by the way a dads hands reach to hold a newborn, by the way hands hold when dancing. Connections are shown by body movement, so photographing just the hands or smiles or laughs of a moment is really what makes people feel warm and fuzzy inside
